Our Impact

 Reinvesting in our Communities

Our aim as an Aboriginal business is to positively contribute to the health and well-being of our communities through everything that we do.

We believe it’s important that every one of our projects makes a positive change for our mob and generates opportunities for our communities and future leaders.

Ngurra Advisory does this by reinvesting business profits directly back into community programs and initiatives that empower our mob to create meaningful and lasting social changes.

Here are some of the projects and initiatives that we have supported so far:

Spreading Smiles to Peppimenarti

Ngurra Advisory posted 10 ‘Happy Boxes’ filled with a collection of essential toiletries and beauty products to Peppimenarti.

The purpose of the Happy Boxes Project is to support women in the most remote corners of Australia while also spreading #kindness and #happiness . It empowers women through alleviating the barriers of accessing basic needs.

Morning Tea for the Elders

Ngurra wrapped up National Reconciliation Week 2021 with Baabayn Aboriginal Corporation where we hosted a Morning Tea for the Elders. The event kicked off with a deadly performance by Aboriginal Dance Group ‘Garabara’, followed by some delicious Quandong and Rosella Flower Brownies and Saltbush Scones from Aboriginal Business Plate Events & Catering.
